Craig Mercier is a supply runner, recruiter, and messenger of a community known as the Qui Residui Erants (or The Sanctumers). They were discovered by Kelvin, and is the center of all magic across the multiverses. The Sanctum's collapsing world had forced him to learn how to defend himself, thus making him one of the community's best fighters.
