Azelf is a wild Psychic-type Pokemon who will appear from time to time in the series In a Locked Room, notably Season 2.
History[]
In terms of the main IaLR order, Azelf is the last of the three Lake Guardians to appear in the series. Like Mesprit, it only made a brief appearance upon its debut. It chose to connect with Klitz because it sees his potential to use his willpower to beyond its limit. It even saves him in the episode it debuts in, The Cloud Cuckoo Lander, from falling to an endless vast of the skies. It telepathically speaks to him that his questions will be answered in this Locked Room adventure, especially what does the "Awakening form" mean in the future, and advises him to catch the Starly. Upon seeing Voltaire, it quickly disappeared.
It was also hinted that Azelf saw Klitz before the main events of In a Locked Room.
Personality[]
Azelf's personality was not seen much, but it shows to be determined on what's about to come. It also wants to plan stuff as quickly as possible before the worst happens.
Attacks[]
None of Azelf's attacks are shown, but it is known to control crystals as its natural ability.
Trivia[]
- Like the rest of the Lake Guardians, Azelf is based on Fairy27's headcanon and its Pokemon anime counterpart.
- In Azelf's case, however, the natural power of controlling the crystals is based from his role on Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky, but changed.
